You want to provide a more secure, structured and tax effective gift to your children or beneficiaries of your will. You may have children under 18 who you want to provide some guidance OR want to separate your gift from funds available in the circumstances of a relationship breakdown, litigation, or business debts OR have assets (including super and life insurance) of more than $400,000 OR want your beneficiaries have the greatest flexibility on your death.

THE PRICE:

Initial Consult: $480
Package Payment $1,450

TOTAL: $1,930 (including GST)

  • Will with testamentary trust/s

  • Enduring Power of Attorney

  • Advance Health Directive

SOLO PREMIUM

You may have: high income and/or assets AND/OR more than 2 entities AND/OR significant investment and business dealings; or complex gifting wishes

Included: Will with multiple or detailed testamentary trusts, provision for entities and complex assets and gifting in the will, Memorandum of wishes, Enduring Power of Attorney (one State), Superannuation and Life insurance assistance to align your nominations with your will including SMSF Binding Death Benefit Nomination and Advance Health Directive.

Package Payment: $2,050

TOTAL: $2,530 (including GST)
