Public Trustee notice

Supreme Court application for grant of probate (Court forms & filing)

Responding to any questions asked by the Court,

Providing you with the original Grant of Probate.

TOTAL: $1,650 (incl. GST) + expected outlays approximately $933.80 (estimate only)

PROBATE + ESTATE SUPPORT PACKAGE

For Executors who want someone to handle the “administration stuff”, the “legal stuff” and be available to support you in your role.

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS:

  • Probate only package +

  • Guidance and support in completing insurance, financial institution, superannuation notifications & payment directions

  • Writing to notify government agencies & other bodies e.g. Council

  • Business structure review with detailed recommendations and action list

TOTAL: $2,990 (incl. GST) + expected outlays approximately $933.80 (estimate only)

However, each estate is as unique as we are, so I can tailor a package to specifically meet your needs.

Some other handy information for you

Any requisition or additional work required (e.g. by the Supreme Court) more than clarification via telephone will be in addition to the package fee. Outlays listed are an estimate and will be confirmed on receipt of your instructions. Outlays include Law Reporter advertising $161.70 + Court filing $722.60 + Original death certificate $59. Basically anything out of the ordinary, which I will make you aware as soon as identified. Additional work charged at $420/hr. Current as at 24 March 2020.
