You may: – have children under 18 who you want to provide some guidance OR want to separate your gift from funds available in the circumstances of a relationship breakdown, litigation, or business debts OR have combined assets (incl super and life insurance) of more than $400,000 OR want your beneficiaries to have the greatest flexibility on your death

You and your spouse may have: – high combined incomes and/or assets; more than 2 entities and/or significant investment and business dealings; or complex gifting wishes

  Provision for entities and complex assets and gifting in your wills
