You know you need to do it. You need to get your will done.
But every time you think about your will, your mind goes straight to who should be the guardian for your children. Most people at this point shut down and don’t take it any further.
I understand. It’s tough.
Nobody wants to think about leaving their kids orphans.
But that’s exactly why you need to get this done. You are going to want to leave a detailed plan and put in place the best people possible to care for your kids.
So I’m here to help you.

You don’t need to have all the decisions made and roles sorted before you make a will appointment. It’s my job to help you work through the roles and discuss any ideas you’ve had or trouble you are having making decisions.

Don’t feel pressured. Reflection is part of the process. You don’t need to make all the decisions in our first meeting. I think it’s really important to have a period of reflection following our first meeting to let thoughts settle, speak to people in key roles and feel super confident with your decision.

Even if you aren’t sure, something is better than nothing. Put plan A in place and then update it to plan B when you have one. It is not difficult to update your will. We also offer all our clients a 6 month guarantee. If you change your mind about a particular role, we are more than happy to re-sign your wills at no extra charge.
So yes. Tough decisions, but better made than not.
If you would like to discuss your circumstances I’m happy to talk anytime.
Alternatively if it’s 10pm and you can’t call me, here’s the link to schedule a FREE 15 minute consultation with me.
